View Who is Talking on Vent or Teamspeak In-Game!

I did not create this, I just happened to stumble upon it online and consider this to be a very valuable program. If you're like me, and find it hard to figure out who it is that is talking every now and then, I Highly suggest that you get this! Since I couldn't find it on either Curse or Here, I figured I'd provide it. If you use vent or teamspeak for raids (in my case battlegrounds), it's incredible.

What it does is allow you to choose a part of your screen to view a list of everyone speaking on the worldframe screen in-game. You can set it to show what channel everyone is in as well. You can change the color of the Vent (Or TS) icon, and the names of those talking and channel icons as well.

THIS IS NOT A WOW ADDON! That being said it does not unzip into your addons folder either. This file is placed into your C:Program Files.

I know many people think twice before downloading Executables, and therefore may not like this, but I'll leave that up to you. Best I can do is provide you guys with the link that I stumbled upon to it's webpage hosted by the actual creator of this program.

There are some more screen shots of this program on the website linked above. This can be used for other games as well as WOW too, a list of those games can also be found on the website.

**Troubleshooting!!! Not working for ya? Make sure you started correctly:
1) Did you run Ventrillo/Teamspeak before opening either WOW or Voice Overlay?
2) Did you turn on Voice Overlay before running WoW?
3) Was WoW the last of these 3 programs to be run?

Still having problems? Try this:
1) After everything is opened in the order that it is supposed to be run, go into Voice Overlay and click on the Options tab.
2) Look towards the bottom for the 'Key Settings' category.
3) Find the Key Setting for 'Enable/Disable Overlay' and go back to your WoW screen.
4) Use the key setting and see if it Enables Overlay.

Issues still exist?
Go to the website and ask the author on the forums. Remember, Voice Overlay will not work with other Overlay Programs such as Fraps.

OBVIOUSLY EITHER VENTRILO OR TEAMSPEAK IS A REQUIRED DEPENDANCY TO USE THIS!!

The file is the same. Just updating to let everyone know that I am always checking for updates on this program & any update will be surely posted! Also changed a few things in the description to help those that need help.
