An addon to filter the new, global LookingForGroup channel. By default, it will only allow chat messages in the LookingForGroup channel that contain the text LF (uppercase only), LFG ( any case ), LF#M ( any case ) where # is blank or a number, or NEED ( any case ). You are also able to add and remove your own patterns to allow only the text you want. You can also add patterns that will always be blocked. By default, any message in the LookingForGroup channel that contains the word GUILD ( any case ) will be blocked regardless of any other text it contains.

With this addon, once again, the LookingForGroup channel is usable, and it's even nice to have it global.

Use /lfgf to display the following options in the chat console

'/lfgf list' to list current patterns
'/lfgf add ' to add a new acceptance pattern
'/lfgf badd ' to add a new block pattern
'/lfgf remove ' to remove an acceptance pattern
'/lfgf bremove ' to remove a block pattern
'/lfgf default' to restore defaults patterns.
'/lfgf channel ' to set the channel that is filtered.
'/lfgf off' turn the filter off
'/lfgf on' turn the filter on
'/lfgf debug ' turn on debugging to the given level ( 0-2 ) where 0 is off and 2 is very verbose.
