I REALLY, REALLY love this mod, but ive one more wish what shld be included. Id really like to have an additional function where the ratings would be posted which i need to get an item, without adding it to my current points by myself. (theres a function for desired arena pts, but no function for desired arena pts, including current pts) f.e.: 2926pts current and my target is 3125 for item XY, so id like 2 know which rating wld fit, WITHOUT subtract it by myself first. sry 4 my bad english, i know it sux. keep up the good work! thx hf

I deletetd the arena calc folder and saved variable, then re downloaded. It is working fine now. Maybe I didn't have the latest. Thought I did sorry.

@Dixon Are you sure you are using the latest version? It sounds like the sort arena teams function messing up, which was in 1.6, but then disabled in 1.6.1 because it simply didn't work :P

My teams are overlapping. Im on a 2v2 and 5v5. I can only see my 2v2. 5v5 is directly under my 2v2. Work fine if I disable this mod.

@ bugmenot I could shift it to the right yes, but the reason I haven't is because it can create clipping issues for some people with odd resolutions/UIscales. I think it is kind of hard to mistake the teams rating for the personal rating, the teams rating have always been in that place. (To see the personal rating you have to click on the team to see details)

Maybe it's just me but with the upcoming 'personal rating' I'd like to see the 'rating' revert back to 'team rating'... There looks to be enough space to fit everything if it was shifted to the right slightly. Any chance you would do that?

I have uploaded a new version, 1.6.1, which only change is that I have disabled the sort arena teams function for now. If it was screwing up your PVP frame, I suggest you update. If it was working for you, I guess you could stick with the old version.

About the "sort teams" feature: the 2 and 3 teams sliders are swapped. n°2 adjust Team_3 n°3 adjust Team_2 (at least for me) EDIT: after a relog it seems to work properly now :)

Okay, 1.6 is up, patch 2.3 ready and contains the sort arena teams function. Note that the sorting function is kind of a beta version, please report any errors you get with it! (Or tell if it works fine, so I know)

Great :) I'm just gonna let some other people test it before I release it officially, but thanks a lot for the help with the testing :) Oh, and I fixed the error with the recoloring checkbox. The settings are currently saving, just that the checkbox doesn't reflect them correctly. Will be fixed in next release.

EDIT: It is working just PERFECLTY ^^!!! thanks. ps: both my chars are correctly showing every TeamFrame , so i guess that's it :). EDIT2: one very last thing....you will call me picky for this...anyway, the "Enable recoloring in PVP frame" option get its status saved between relogging, but when you open the Options you'll see it UN-checked even if, actually, it is "on" and recoloring the arena points. So it's like the CheckBox wont appear Checked after a relog even if the option is set to be "on" EDIT3: just saw your post up here about the Recoloring Checkbox :)

version: 142BETAArenaCalculator-1190409838-b.zip ok so, i used this beta with my char with: Team2 Team5 emptyTeam3 Rating and Points are swapped between Team2 and Team5. So, my Team2 is showing me the rating of my team5 (points are "correctly" calculated for this rating as it was a 5men team), while my Team5 is showing me the data (rating and points) of my Team2, and again points are calculated correctly for a team of 2ppl. I'd say the mod now doesn't assume that team 2, 3 and 5 must be in this order, but it is still printing (correctly calculated) infos within the wrong tam boxes. EDIT: just as a side note, i think the "Enable recoloring in PVP frame" is not saving on relogging...i alwyas find it unchecked again.

Beta version up. I can't really think clearly right now, so I'm not really sure that what I've done makes any sence at all, but I hope so!

@ bonsuailucco Okay, that was a long but very explaining read =) I think I know what is wrong and possibly got a solution, but the problem is that on all my chars the teams are created as 2v2 -> 3v3 -> 5v5, so they are all in the same order in the pvp frame. Which means I won't really be able to test it. I'm not sure if the beta file thingy on this site works yet, but if I can get some beta releases up there, could you test them out for me?

Anyway i tryed both with only ArenaCalc loaded and also with NO addons loaded....the thing doesn't change in the pvp frame. I really think the game itself orders the teams as i said: first he orders Full teams, then it orders the EmptyTeams. so: i've a 3vs3team and a 5vs5team. The game will put in order the 3vs3 and the 5vs5 "black boxes with all the team's details" in the first and second place, while the third place is left Empty (since i don't have a 2vs2 team) and in there i can read a simple " (2vs2) " in the middle. This is always been like this afaik, now, if i'd join a 2vs2 team, things will be reordered with 2vs2 3vs3 5vs5 in this order. Same for my other char, loaded with only AC and also with No addons at all...same thing: i've a team 2 and a team 5, i don't have a team 3. Team2 and team5 "black boxes" get the first two places, while the last slot is for the empty 3vs3 i don't have, and the " (3vs3) " text is in its middle. So, it is like, Existing teams gets ordered at top, EmptyTeams get ordered under the Existing ones. If for example i had only team 3, i would have the boxes in this way: Team3 empty(2vs2) empty(5vs5) When i loaded the game with no addons at all, it was still like this. thanks for the help :) EDIT: ok, I opened "ArenaCalculator.lua", I'm not a mod writer at all but from line 333-->383 it looks like "you know" it is possible that, for example, team3 is at the top ofthe arena teams chart...that happening when the player doesn't have team2 and team5. Now, i may be wrong ofc cose i suck at it :P, but those lines look to me as if they were checking which team is in which "arena team slot" ("bracket" as i think you refer to them in line 333). This is also why, i think, the calculation of the totalArenaPoints is working. In my first example: team3 team5 empty(2vs2) my team3 box is showing me a correct rating for this team, but i think this is not an AC thing, but rather the ingame ui showing me this things. Cose AC knows that i don't have a team2 and it thinks that my first spot in this tab is occupied by the team2...so AC doesn't do anything to it i think. my team5 box is showing me the points and ranking of my team3. Here insted there are AC hands working. The game would show me ranking and points of my team5 but AC knows i've a team3 and it thinks that my team3 is inthe middle spot...hence printing in there my team3 data (but i've team5). Last spot is empty, no black box, cose i don't have the team2. Now, AC knows i've a team5 but again, it thinks my team5box is in the last spot and would like to print team5 rank and points in there...but actually there is no frame to print its data in. All said, Total arena points at the top of the arena frames are calculated OK. Even if in each single team frame things are messed up, AC is adding to the total score the points i would earn from my team5 rating. I know this cose when i check the details of my team5 (by clicking the team and opening the little team details window) i can read in there the real Rank (while, again, AC in the mainFrame is printing details from my team3 cose it is sure that in the middle spot there is team3) and with AC i can then calculate the points for that rank. So, i'd say, AC is doing every calculation fine, but what it is wronging is to show me the data on the main pvp panel for arena teams as: Team2 Team3 Team5 without actually caring about what team is in which "braket" when it comes to Print data in these frames...while this is something it is instead doing (line 333-->383) when calculating data. Hope this helps ^^

I guess it's possible that I would not have noticed such a thing because of my teams, but what puzzles me is that no one else would have reported it before. Are you sure that you aren't using any other addon that might interfere? You could post a list of all your addons here and let me have a look at them. If that is the case, at the moment I can't think of anything besides an other addon that interferes. As far as I know, without any addons loaded, a 2v2 team should always be on top, 3v3 in the middle and 5v5 in the bottom.

First of all, Very nice mod :)! but i've a problem with it. I've only the 3vs3 and 5vs5 Arena teams, and missing the 2vs2. This is messing up the mod :x. In my ingame pvp frame, where the teams are lsited, in the first place i've the 3vs3 one, in the second slot i've the 5vs5 team, and in the very bottom third slot i've the 2vs2 empty slot. Now, my 3vs3 team in the first place, is not showing any point i would earn from that rank. In my second slot where my 5vs5 team is, it shows my 3vs3 rating and future earned points. Ofc in the third and enpty slot, i see nothing. Is there a way to have the mod to sort out those Arena brackets accordingly to if a team is there or not? From your screenshot you can see it is missing exacly the 5vs5 team in the third place...that's why you wont notice the problem. thanks EDIT: another example with another character of mine: he has team2 and team5. In the pvp frame the order is: team2, team5, empty_team3 Team 2 ranking and points are ok. Team 5 ranking is ok, but it is showing no points. last slot is the empty team3 in the total Arena points tho, it is actually considering the ones i would earn from my team5 (but i can't see them in team5 little window...i guess cose it is in the "team3 slot" but i don't have a team3 so no points from it) Hope you understand what i mean here :P

Recoloring and everything works perfectly now. It's accurate as well ;)
