Description:
One-key mounting solution, useful whether you have just one mount or several.
Supports all mounts currently in game, sensibly chooses/randomizes between what you have.
Bind a key and hit it to mount/unmount or shapeshift/deshift, or use '/click GoGoButton' in a macro.

Spell support:
- Supports Shaman and Druid travel forms - in combat as well
Use '/gogo spell' to toggle whether to include spells in randomization or not.

Autodismount support:
Dismounts you automatically when clicking on herbs/ores or using offensive spells/abilities.
Use '/gogo auto' to toggle this on/off.

Preferred mounts support:
You can assign one or more preferred mounts for each zone.
Use '/gogo ItemLink' or '/gogo SpellName' to add pref.
Use '/gogo clear' to clear prefs for current zone.
Warning: GoGo will use your preferred mounts even if you have faster ones.

I have no control over the emails that are set out from the various websites. This specific site was only updated twice - once for the file and change details, the 2nd time just to update the MD5 string on the description. You'll probably have to contact the server admins for this site to have it looked at.

When you update Gogo mount on this site I get somewhere between 8-9 e-mails that it has been updated. The other addons on this site only send 1 e-mail telling me its time to update. If you know what it is or can easily change it, please do :) Thanks for a neat addon :)

Please, add Mount Filtering function. "Mount Filtering: If you are tired of a specific type of mount, you can use a filter so it will no longer summon any of those type."

You need to use: /gogo [Swift Blue Grpyhon] .. where Swift Blue Gryphon is the spell link and not typed.... so /gogo and then shift-click on the mount you want. You'll find the documentation on the main development site (while it's not completed yet) at http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/gogomount/pages/manual/

Tiker, I apologize if I seem a little frustrated, but how, specifically, do you set preferrential mounts? While in Howling Fjord, I wish to set my mount to a Swift Blue Gryphon; I have tried: /gogo ItemLink 32242; /gogo ItemLink [32242]; /gogo ItemLink 'Swift Blue Gryphon'; /gogo 32242; /gogo [32242]; and every other iteration I can think of, none of which work. Can you give any pointers? Any thoughts for a Readme.txt file for these "basic" commands?

Not that I'm aware of. If you're having a problem open a ticket on the development page http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/gogomount/tickets/ and attach your GoGoMount.lua saved variables file to the ticket. I'll look into it.

It's not selecting flying mounts over ground mounts if you have both set then you've set them as zone specific favorites. Uncheck the option to use global preferred mount settings then type /gogo clear to clear the zone specifics. Re-enable that option and set your global favorites.

I tried that, but the problem with that is it seems to ignore the keybindings for the flying and no flying. The main keybind that selects flying first, will now select from even the land mounts that I have in the preferred mounts, and I would prefer that it select only flying when in Outland or Northrend.

The ability to set preferred mounts globally exists already but there's no gui for it. Just enable the option to use 'global preferred mounts' and add them with /gogo mountlink A GUI options is in the planning and research stages. http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/gogomount/tickets/46-for-wot-lk-add-a-ui-for-selecting-mounts/

I was wondering, if their is a possibility that in the mount window you can add a small box to put check marks beside mounts we want to be randomly used and leave the ones we don't want/like unchecked that won't ever be selected when using the keybinding to mount? I have a lot of mounts, mostly for the achievement, but don't like a lot of them.

I fixed that in the current beta version but it's not uploaded here... Grab the latest beta version from http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/gogomount/files/ It does have some unfinished features in it but it'll get you your flight form back. Sorry.

GoGo Mount since the current version no longer recognizes my druid flight or cheetah forms. No matter enabling or disabling the option it won't recognize it. Even when in the air falling it won't shift me into flight form yet it did in the previous version no problem.

This was also the design from the previous author of the mod. After enabling /gogo fly Magic Broom with 60% is picked instead of fast land mounts Also I am wandering why does GoGoMount reset settings every time it gets updated ? I have a few accounts, lots of characters I have to enable /gogo fly on every single one of them after any adon update

Hello My Cenarion War Hippogryph does not seem to be in the random choices when using the macro /click GoGoButton. I have also tried to assign it to preferred mount but it seems to disable the macro completely. All my other epic flyers work fine in random and can also be set to prefered. I see that Cenarion War Hippogryph is in the list of supported mounts so I am not sure whats going on. thank you for your time

Jaim: Delete your GoGoMount.lua file in your savedvariables for every character that you get this on. It's from a bug in a previous version that got saved.

Littlemaxi: I had it setup for druids flight forms to mix in with mounts but was told by another druid that you all use your flight forms over mounts. The way it is now, if you have the option to include shape forms it'll always use your flight form. Disabling this option will use your flying mounts. I'll take another look at this and see what I can do.

hello Tiker sorry for posting a futher time :( Now I have a problem with my druid. I've deletet the lua-files of gogomount and restart the game but that don't help. With the key-binding my druid only starts the flight-form and never use the flying-mount, only manuel. If I choose the flying-mount manuel I can dismount with the key-binding. There are no bug-reports.

You call GoGo_Dismount() without a button argument in a number of places, one of them being line 54 when a TAXIMAP_OPENED event is received. This causes an error for me as a druid if I'm in flight form... You should either add appropriate button arguments anywhere GoGo_Dismount() is called, or make GoGo_Dismount() handle button == nil.

@Littlemaxi : I've the same issue than you just after wow update. I've delete my savevariables files for gogomount and all is working fine right now. @Tiker May I resubmit an old request I made about an issue we have on french client and how to solve it: This issue comes from zone having a hyphen (-) in their name, because function string.find interpret it as a 'magic' char meaning a series example : a-e = abcde 1-9 = 123456789 So "Raz-de-Néant" in french didn't match an outlands zone in function GoGo_InOutlands() To solved that I've changed the test in function GoGo_InOutlands in gogomount.lua to : if string.find(GOGO_OUTLANDS, loc, 1, true) then - 3th arg specify the start (mandatory to use the 4th arg) - 4th arg specify that find method must do a plain find and should not use 'magic' char.

@ ThorsLiebling Nachdem ich die Tiere "gelernt" hab, konnte ich per Tastendruck nicht aufsitzen, nur absitzen. Nach einem Spiel-Neustart funktioniert es jetzt. Sorry für die Aufregung, hätte wohl einfach nochmal neu starten müssen -.- @tiker Don't know why but now it works fine. Sorry for that. -.-

@ Littlemaxi: wobei hast du denn genau ein Problem? Ich hab im Hauptmenü die Taste "." dem Mod GoGoMount zugeordnet. Wann immer ich nun auf diese Taste drücke steige ich wechselweise auf und ab von meinem Reittier. In der alten Welt natürlich nur das Lvl 30 und das epische Lvl 60 Reittier, wobei stets das schnellere gewählt wird, sofern nur eines vorhanden ist. Habe ich mehrere epische Reittiere bei einem Char, dann wird eines der schnellen Reittiere nach dem Zufallsprinzip gewählt. Sofern du ein "Lieblings-Reittier" hast, gibst du im Chatfenster dies ein: /gogo <Link deines Lieblingsreittieres> Dann wird fortan dieses Reittier gewählt, auch wenn es langsamer ist als andere, die du in der Zone verwenden kannst. Änderst du deine Meinung diesbezüglich, dann gibst du ein: /gogo clear Dann wird wieder das schnellste Reittier gewählt, welches du in der Zone reiten kannst, beziehungsweise eines davon. Littlemaxi: I'm not sure what you mean. The character with a slow mount and fast mount - GoGoMount will always cast the faster mount because it's faster. :)

Clicking the middle mouse button is not dismounting / un-shapeshifting me. It only works for mounting and shapeshifting me into bird or travel forms.

hello I'm using the german client too but have some little problems. One Char has a slow and a fast "no-flying"mount and I can't use one of them with the key-binding. Never used the macro before and don't testet with macro. Those Chars with only fast "no-flying"-mount have no problems. Those with the slow mount can't sit up, only dismount by using the key-binding. Hope you understand what I mean and can help me.

Using the "no flying" key binding doesn't work in Exodar. In Stormwind and in Ironforge it works fine. Please can you fix this?

ebos: Using the "no flying" key binding will get you the fastest ground mount you've got. There currently is no way to select only level 30 mounts other than setting a preferred mount for the zone you're in and only selecting level 30 mounts.

BloodWolfe: Blizzard blocked the ability to remove or change shape shifting with 3.x from scripts. Apparently someone found a way to automate spell casting when shape shifting and Blizzard didn't like it. Currently only going from caster form to travel form / flight form works. is there a way to set a keybinding so it will only choose a level 30 mount or a level 60 mount for when im helping a lower level guild mate or something

Can you make it that druids in any form can use the keybind and shift out of form and start to mount up? It did this pre-3.0 but it doesn't now. It won't even go into cheetah form from cat or bear while running and it used to as well. It would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you click it right when you entered the instance or as soon as you started running? It sometimes takes a second for the server to send the moving event back to the client during laggy periods. Where were you in ZA when it happened?

When I entered Zul'Aman for the first time with my druid I realized that my gogomount button does not work there. Instead of switching to travel form while I move it tells me that i cannot perform the action. Manual switchig to travel form works. What is special about ZA?

Just so everyone knows, I've been working on updating GoGoMount to work with the new interface. I don't have access to the beta, but someone who does has been testing for me. If anyone else wants to test, download GoGoMount 3.0.0 build 5 from http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/gogomount/. If there are any problems, please open tickets there (one for each separate issue) and I'll address them. Please note that this beta will not work on the current 2.x.x live servers.

Irdx: Are you using a macro button with /click GoGoMount to cast your mount? If so, you're having the same issue as a few others http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/gogomount/tickets/10-message-error-add-on-go-go-mount-attempted-to-call/ - which is actually a blizzard bug after the 2.4.3 patch.

lvl 70 tauren shaman, with no talent point in imp ghost wolf. The error occurs even if all other addons are disabled, and only drops up that error once per session (once after logon, or a reload ui).

I have made that /click GoGoButton macro and put in on the action bar, and since GoGoMount version 2.2.8, I get "GoGoMount was blocked from a blizzard action" error (or something like that) messages when I first click on the button while moving. I am not 100% sure that this feature does that, but it feels very much like that.
