This addon shows user comments from wowhead.com to help questing.
It is a modified version of the original qComment addon (credits to ostap):
* The database is build weekly from wowhead.com (currently only with English quest name support)
* Comments are sorted by rating, highest first
* All data is loaded on demand to decrease memory usage
* Characters at a lower level will use only one database, higher level characters will use two databases
* Level requirements for each quest are shown
Information:
This addon is maintained only to keep the database updated and the code compatible. Please do not request modifications or additional functionality.
Dependencies:
* no other addons required, just use the standard questlog to show the comments
* nQuestLog, QuestGuru or MonkeyQuest can optionally be used
* Cartographer can optionally be used to get minimap notes from commentaries
Usage:

* Press and hold down ALT key
* Click on a quest title
- Comments table shows up
To hide the comments table:

* Press and hold down ALT key
* Move cursor over a quest name
- Comments table shows up
To hide the comments table:
* While still holding down ALT key move cursor anywhere outside the questlog frame
To keep the comments table open:
* Release ALT key before moving cursor

I love qComments, it is so helpful I have been on wow for years and still think it is in the top 3 addons ever. Many thanks for a easy to use but top grade product.

In v3.2.1 I added support for Blizzard's default Quest Tracker:
Just ALT+click on a quest title in the tracker to show the comments. ALT+click again to hide them.

Small fix for "out of date" message in addons listing (v3.2.0 beta): Change the interface version in the following .TOC files from 30100 to 30200: qComments_CommonDB\qComments_CommonDB.toc, qComments_HordeDB\qComments_HordeDB.toc, qComments_AllianceDB\qComments_AllianceDB.toc. This will also be fixed in Monday's release.

A beta version with fixed code for patch 3.2 will be available shortly. Please test it and report any errors you observe. I'm currently not able to do it by myself as I'm on vacation without WoW. ;)

If you encounter problems with the addon follow this instructions for a complete removal: delete all qComments folders in Interface\AddOns\ and all qComments.* files in \WTF\Account\<YOUR ACCOUNTNAME>\SavedVariables\ then reinstall the addon.

I know people arent going to like me for even saying WoWMatrix, but if you're having problems with this addon, install it (Edit: NO HOTLINK FILES HERE) Then download the addon from wowmatrix, and remove it. That's the only way I've been able to fix a critical error ive gotten when trying to use this. Again, you dont have to, but it works fine if you just use it once.
If you dont want to use wowmatrix, you can do the same thing with curse premium (Edit: NO HOTLINK FILES HERE)

This is a good addon! It saves me ALOT of time looking things up using a browser.

I just added support for the standard questlog so you don't have to use nQuestLog or other questlog addons anymore. Additionally, I added support for QuestGuru and MonkeyQuest.
Please try out the beta version and leave some feedback.

Small Announcement:
Next week I will start gathering only the 10 highest rated comments for every quest. This should still provide useful information while reducing the data size significantly.

Sorry for the lack of updates during the last weeks.
I added an alpha version for WotLK with updated libraries and new data.

Heh.
Main problem with LightHeaded: its parsing/updates of Wowhead comments & new quests is done _far_ less frequently than this mod. LightHeaded's last update was two months ago (July 8), qComments last update was today (Sept. 2).
As a result, qComments contains a lot more quest information.
On the other hand, LightHeaded's main advantage is that it can be used with the default Blizzard quest log, QuestGuru or most other quest log replacements. Not just nQuestLog as qComments requires.
Boils down to either having more, updated info or having more choice of what quest log mod to use.

As for other addons to try, I HIGHLY suggest Lightheaded, which can be found on wowinterface.com. Combined with DoubleWide if you don't like scrolling, this mod includes linked tooltips of item quest rewards, clickable coordinates that appear on your main and minimap, as well as all comments from Wowhead. The comments are far more legible, with pages you can click through as opposed to a huge chunk of text. I used to use qcomments too, but the moment something better came along I jumped at it and never went back =)

ATM I have not much time for adding additional quest addon support. I'll think about it after I finished my master exams.

Can the mod used with Metamap / Alphamap? Here i see only Carthographer.
And why nQuestlog? Is there no support for QuestGuru? And we have also well-known mod MonkeyQuest. What about it? I use both mods, and not nQuestlog.

Pretty nice addon low mem usage is nice. has a spike lag on the inital database startup but not a big deal. Would like to see a "Shorten" version of the quest comments. Like
1.) go here (Cords)
2.) kill these/get this
3.) Go back to (cords/name)
This would make it even lower mem usage and would strip out the usefull information from all the lore and stuff. I just think it would be a good option for people that dont want/need to see all the lore.
But at any rate great sh**! =)

No, wowhead.com only provides its data in English.
Try this addon which uses data from buffed.de:
