Beta promoted. And I think I've been able to reproduce the issue. I think it has to do with whether or not you have your guild window set up to show offline guild members. I'll try to find a fix to this that won't impact your personal settings. UPDATE: Issue has been fixed. Please let me know if you see it again.

New beta up with support for friends notes.

@Lazlo I might need a bit more help debugging this. I use string parsing with a regular expression to determine when someone has logged on. If I could get some samples of what the failed strings look like that might help determine if I'm missing a pattern case in my expression. Also - GNOL tells you when it starts up how many guild members it recorded notes for. I'll add a separate count for officer notes in the next version. That might help determine if it is just having trouble reading the notes in the first place. 5/20 update: changed log on startup to count how many users we are recording notes for. @Saphrym - I'll take a look. 5/20 update: friends will be in the next beta. Should be out today or tomorrow.

Sorry, I didn't see your post until you put up the most recent version. If it is supposed to show officer notes, it does not. If there's a different version that you're referring to, I missed it. I'll check back more frequently, please let me know. I'm quite willing to help test it out. Thank you for your efforts. Ok, it didn't show officer notes for a day, now it showing them for at least some people.

I'd like Friend Notes too. They are built into the game now.

@Lazlo - I've uploaded a beta version with this feature. Currently I'm not an officer in my guild and I'm short on time so I've only tested that the existing functionality still works. So - if you don't mind, try it out and let me know if it displays officer notes now. :) @MarkFl "Friend notes"... is that from a particular addon? I didn't think the standard UI supported notes for friends.

Very nice addon. I second Lazlo's request of officer notes if you can read them. But also, could you add support for friend notes as well?

I like this simple little addon. I do, however, have one request. (Yes, it begins already.) I'd like it to display the officer's note as well. Obviously it won't display for those that can't see them. Thanks for your effort!
