The addon will notify you in the middle of your screen with an icon, name of the spell that has procced, the time left on the proc and will make a subtle sound. EventAlert is also able to handle more than one proc at a time (this option was not available in previous versions).

I am not fond of addons that have very complicated installation and setups. The mod should work on install without any config, but if you wish to change any options use the following command: /ea options

Quick Backstory: I created this addon as a test for myself as my first "from the ground up" addon. Most of my coding in WoW LUA was taking other addons and just fixing them so they work from minor bugs or whatnot.

Anyhow, I needed a mod that was lightweight and did only what I wanted it to do, and that was warn me when one of my spells or talents procced something I needed. Thus, EventAlert was born. There are likely to be bugs, explosions and not so good things that may come from this mod. I'm sorry in advance! If you find a bug, please let me know so I can fix it.

Also, if anyone finds a spell/talent/etc that they want watched, please let me know and I will add it!

4.2.26 - Change: More CPU load changes. This should be a pretty big improvement. Let me know on WoWInterface or Curse. Feedback is important! :)

I have been searching for this mod, but need it to announce "Decimate" which is a Destro Warlock proc, can you please add this to it?

Great add on! Instead of making serendipity only proc on three stacks, is there a way to put charges on the boxes? Also useful for Backdraft or Fingers of Frost, etc.

You can move the boxes around and change the horizontal and vertical spacing. Type /ea opt to access the options menu. :)

Nice addon :) I like it a lot, but I would like to see a button where I can move the individual boxes around to where I get the most use of it in my UI.

Lovely plugin. Being a druid, I now get clearly notified when I get my 0 mana cost spell. Saves me 500 mana a pop :)

Great! Glad to see it's working. I'm thinking I've eliminated all the issues where EA wasn't playing nice with others. :)

4.0.5 working just fine... Thank you! Previous conflict was with IceHUD. Both are now playing nice with each other.

I haven't, as yet, tried to isolate which Mod may be in conflict with EA. As you can see, I run a LOT of mods. I'll try to determine where the conflict occurs in the next day or so and follow up then.

Do you get these errors when running EventAlert on it's own with no other mods running? If not, any idea which mod EA might not be playing nice with? Helps in tracking down the issue.

any chance you can add "Now is the time!" buff to the list.
It's a proc effect from the Sundial of the Exiled trinket. I have a second trinket that i want to "use" when I receive this particular buff

Is there a way to hook into a macro script when a specific named buff is applied?

Technically speaking, it should work with the glyph as well. I assume the glyph is proccing the same buff as Nightfall is.

I'll do some more looking into it, but at first glace, my answer is: Yes. :)
