RidingGear is a World of Warcraft UI addin that automatically equips and unequips your 'Carrot on a Stick', boots with 'Mithril Spurs',and gloves with 'Minor Mount Speed Increase' when you mount/unmount. It is only useful if you have one or both of those two things (and you
have a mount).

RidingGear handles the following special cases:
* If you are in combat when you unmount, RidingGear will automatically put your normal gear back on after you leave combat.
* If you dismount automatically (enter a building, go into water, etc), RidingGear still knows to re-eqip your regular gear.

RidingGear differs from other similar addons in that there is no configuration necessary. When you change boots, or if you leave gear in the bank, RidingGear just handles it. Note that if you would really like lots of configuration, I hear that 'QuickMountEquip' (which I've never actually tried) does a good job.

[color2]Usage[/color]

1. Install RidingGear like you would other AddOns (inside the World of WarcraftInterfaceAddOns directory) and reload World of Warcraft. Make sure you install the included 'GearHelper' too.
2. Unmount.
3. Put your 'Carrot on a Stick' and/or boots with 'Mithril Spurs' and/or gloves with 'Minor Mount Speed Increase' in one of your bags.
4. Equip your non-riding gear. The trinket you'd like replaced with the carrot (if you've got one) should be in the first trinket slot.
5. Mount and see RidingGear in action.

If you want to change your non-riding gear, just unmount first, then change gear. That's it!

...if things don't appear to be working, you may need to add your mount name to the RidingGear.lua file.

If you want RidingGear to be quiet, try '/ridinggear quiet'.

Patch notes for RidingGear 1.11
1.10:

· Fully removed griffin support (Tpol's fix only took most of it out).

· Fixed for 1.9

· RidingGear should be more robust and _shouldn't_ have any cases where your gear is left equipped.

· Can more easily support multiple auto-equip addons now.

1.11:

· Fixed problem where gear would remain equipped if you logged out (oops!)

· Added a few mount names that people have reported.
